Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges as each piece is made to order.

In the case that you would like your necklace to be a different length than you originally selected, you are welcome to send it back for extra length to be added for an additional charge.

In the case that you would like your bracelet to be a different length than you originally selected, you are welcome to send it back for an additional charge.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for earrings.

The customer is responsible for paying to ship the item back to get resized, and shipping the item back to the customer.

To Begin:

1. Send us an email at coastalcovejewelry@yahoo.com with your name and order number. Please include the length of the necklace or bracelet you currently have and the length you would like instead.

2. Once this message is received, a listing will be sent to you to purchase both of the shipping labels.

3. After the listing is purchased, you will receive an email of the shipping label to send the necklace or bracelet back. Please make sure the jewelry stays protected while being shipped.

4. Once we receive the jewelry, it will be resized and shipped back to you!
